Override Tiers
Once your recruit's monthly funded volume crosses a threshold, you lock in that rate for that partner — permanently, not just for the month.
Your recruit hits seven figures in a single calendar month across any combination of Apex, DSCR360, Foreclosure Recovery, or SmartFlex. You earn 2% on their funded volume from that point forward.
Your recruit hits $2M in a single calendar month. The override rate steps up to 3% on all subsequent funded volume — a meaningful recurring income stream as your network scales.

Thresholds are per direct recruit, measured on funded volume in a single calendar month. Override rate increases are permanent — they do not reset.
How It Works
The program is simple by design. Your job is recruiting and supporting your partners. Natex handles the rest.
Refer someone to The Natex Group, LLC. They sign up as a JV partner through your referral link or direct introduction.
Your recruit completes required Natex agent training — all four brand modules. Volume does not count toward thresholds until training is finished.
Your recruit submits referrals across any Natex service — mortgage, DSCR, surplus funds, or SmartFlex. Funded volume accumulates monthly.
When your recruit crosses $1M or $2M funded in a month, your override rate locks in at 2% or 3% on their ongoing volume.
Eligible Volume
Volume totals from all Natex services are combined when evaluating your recruit's monthly funded threshold.
Mortgage originations and down payment assistance loans funded through Apex. Counts in full toward monthly threshold.
Investor DSCR and non-QM loans funded through the DSCR360 program. Full funded amount counted.
Surplus funds recovery cases where client recoveries are disbursed. Net recovery amount applied to volume total.
SmartFlex sub-agent program production, including insurance and financial product placements. Counts toward monthly total.
